l'emplacement est bien sûr exceptionnel, notamment quand on arrive en train. j'y allais pour un salon, dépôt de mon bagage le matin de mon arrivée en train, avec le sourire, puis en route pour le salon via la gare à quelques mètres. le personnel est très agréable et souriant, le côté friendly que l'on apprécie. la chambre est absolument nickel, très bonne literie, grande salle de bain, baignoire balnéo et douche superbe. bref que de beau, du bon et du service

The Hotel shows five stars! The room had no wifi whatsoever, although they showed three different wifi lans. Attempts to bridge this gap with mobile hotspots were not helpful. Noises from other rooms were audible, which means a bad noise insulation. Worst of all was that there was first only boiling hot water in the bathroom. This was due to the fact that all cold water supplies were closed. Still after opening them ourselves, one of the two lavatories cold water regulator was not functional. Shocking was that the shower was switching from regulated 38 degrees Celsius to suddenly boiling hot water and then to ice cold water. This made showering an unpleasant not to say dangerous encounter! You judge if this Hotel deserves the five star rating. Our attempt to communicate the shortcomings was prompted with the statement that the maintenance technicians had left! (???)
