I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Marriott property. The housekeeping service was far below expectations—staff knocked on my door at around 8:30 AM and even attempted to enter, which I found shocking. They repeated this intrusion at 10:40 AM, despite the early hour being unreasonable for housekeeping in most hotels.
Additionally, the lack of attention to cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The kettle in my room was visibly dirty, making me question whether proper housekeeping procedures were followed at all.
For a reputable brand like Marriott, this level of service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
