離科隆大教堂走路五分鐘，還算方便，樓下就是火車道，但是房間很安靜，可能跟朝向有關係。房間設計的有問題，臥室小，衞生間特別大，弄的臥室溫度還行，但是衞生間裡特別冷。房間的辦公桌太小了，衣櫃也很小，幾乎沒有掛羽絨服的地方，住了兩晚，白天去工作，回來發現房間根本沒整理，毛巾浴巾都沒換。早餐還行，德國酒店的早餐都差不多，來回那幾樣。

科隆火車站步行10分鐘 房間比較大 乾淨 有冷氣 但服務就一般 入住時間太長 網上已付款房費 check in時又要收 搞左好耐 第二名服務員幫忙才說不用收 。

房間不錯的，離科隆大教堂很近，美中不足的是大床房的床是兩張單人床拼起來的…前台可以寄存行李，可以退房後再逛逛

No response ro email inquiries. Delay in check-in. No room service! No facial tissue in the room, no body lotion. Breakfast not worth the money.

Booked due to location to the station, but it's a very short walk to the cathedral from here. As a wheelchair user the facilities were fantastic! And the room was so quiet. The black out curtains did exactly what I needed them to. Would stay here again if we visit Köln
