還算不錯的酒店，比較乾淨，但是房間內Wi-Fi信號稍弱，如果你是用ee的流量的花沒有什麼信號。其他都很好，房間很大很新很乾凈。總體來看比較好，離公交車站不遠，但是離市區有點距離

Location was out of town centre a little. Room basic and clean. Heating to room was not working so they gave us a small fan heater when we asked for one.

The hotel has been recently refurbished, and we liked the ambience. As soon as we got in the room, there was an unusual smell, but we required early check-in (paid a fee), so we couldn't really mess about with changing rooms, etc. The heating/air con panel had been disabled so were unable to adjust the temperature. We wanted the room to be warmer, reached out on WhatsApp as suggested, and this took a while to get a response. We were told the heat would be adjusted, but we couldn't feel the room was any warmer. The first night was quite cold. We also wanted to use the HDMI port on the TV, couldn't get it to work. Went down to reception and were provided some codes for the menu. This still didn't work. Reception sent someone up to the room to take a look, but they came after a few hours, and whilst we were out. We were advised the TV was too old and we couldn't use this option.

Booked a room with 2 double beds, rude receptionist said they don't have those type of rooms and asked me to show email confirmation. The email said 2 zip beds, she just kept arguing that a zip bed means a single bed, which she's wrong - it doesn't. Then got a family room with a double and 2 singles which was fine. Later on I went back to same receptionist as showed her the booking on my Trip app which showed 2 double beds. She said bluntly "well we don't have those rooms so I don't know". Her attitude was uncalled for. I never once was getting annoyed or raising my voice or trying to be awkward. Her tone and attitude was very unprofessional and unnecessary

If you plan to go Giant Causeway, this is the good location for stay. Just 20 mins drive you can visit the Causeway. Also, the hotel just next to the retails park. You can get water, food, petrol. Friendly staff.
