Very bad experience for this hotel TV Not working also toilet washer handle not working food Quality is not ok

Its my first visit to coimbatore and i checked through makemy 訂房網站 and i found this hotel. Went with zero expectations and i am fully satisfied with the amenities they provide and ease of access to hotel. I can suggest this my fellow friends and family to look into it when they visit coimbatore

Very average hotel cab will not go inside. Food is only idli and the location is ok need to have better photos

Room was good. I think it's bit overpriced when it comes to food and services. Most hotels in coimbatore doesn't accept local ids, but call before you book and request.

Hotel was good rooms were clean and neat, food is limited menu overall excellent

Bad location. Narrow approach road to hotel. My car entered to the road and an auto rickshaw guy was tried coming from opposite side and it created traffic. Auto guy literally started abusing and got in to heated argument hotel is below average not worth for money. Hotel doesn’t have any food supply and service. Although they clam that they have restaurant and food is available.

The lane of the hotel feels to be a narrow one & dingy to walk through, but once we cross half distance into the lane, the road opens up to be a broader one and more residential block. The hotel is very neat and clean. Rooms are spacious and clean. Worth the money we pay. Breakfast is very simple and we can order our dos a or omelet. Surely a budget & business hotel to stay.

First of all i opted for early checkin in the hotel and the hotel denied when i reached there. No information was given before. Now i had no where to go. Then there was language problem so the guy gave me the key and i thought its sorted but i went to freshen up and shower and the hotel staff started continuously ringing my door bell and they wouldnt stop. when i came out of the bathroom, My colleague told me that the receptionist is telling me to move my stuff out of the room as they just provided me the room for freshening up and they wont accept checkin before 11am. In the room there were no toiletries or usables kept. I had to call the service guy again and again for a shampoo and soap. They acted so stingily. the receptionist kept calling my colleague to trell me to move out of the room. I had no choice but to move out of the room. Then I came on a work 訂房網站 and i was getting late for work, however, i complained and the hotelier called an english speaking guy and said that i cannot stay in the hotel for more than 24hrs, so if am checking in early i have to leave early, i said sure no problem. After checkin their services were too poor they didn't reply politely at all and they didnt have half of the things in the menu, Dinner only had rice and daal for a vegetarian person. I ordered icecream and that contained some onion at the bottom of the bowl. All in all it was horrible an traumatic experience. The way they started knocking and ringing dorrbell while i was in shower really scared me and caused a threat to my privacy.
