Very unprofessional staff, and you can’t imagine how lazy the staffs, I drove a long way about 1,000 km and arrived the hotel at 1:00am midnight, snowing, windy night, surprising is the reception closed, they stick the notice on the reception door, showing 2 phone number and mentioned about that if you need any service please call the phone number, but I tried to call both of the phone number almost an hour non-stop to call, NO ONE ANSWER the call. I saw the box outside the reception door “key box” oh my god! I found a key! But that is reception key, okay fine! Try to open the door, finally I entered to the reception and ring the reception bell long times ago, finally the staff woke up and then check in finally. This is very horrible services and very very lazy and unprofessional. Interesting is when I entered my room, saw the notice again!!! Oops! Learned a new things, after used a tissue, you better to put into you pocket and safe it. Totally horrible experienced, not recommended anyone book this hotel if you still have choice.
