I have always loved the location. It is an easy access to food and shopping which is just beside it. I will not recommend you to stay here if you don’t like the mall, which is CiWalk due to the constant traffic congestion to and from the hotel. Room amenities is basic. Aircon can be better.. it’s not cold enough. I feel like the hotel is not doing a good job in maintaining the property over the years otherwise this would have been perfect. Breakfast is great. Wide varieties available and not so stringent on the timing. Have stayed here repeatedly and will stay again. Just that the maintenance should be done properly and consistently for it to be in tiptop condition.

Breakfast kurang variasi, u/ saya yg membawa balita umur 4th, tdk masuk dgn makanannya. Di tambah lagi, breakfast gabung dgn pool.. dan kmrn pas sy nginep ada yg meeting pula di area pool, sangat.. sangat.. mengganggu.
