I had bad experience staying at this hotel. I left my passport at the receptionist after check in session. But the receptionist didn't return my passport until I ask them. She also kept it until the day I check out from the hotel. The toilet has bad smell, the floor quite dirty. The curtain n aircond also got thick dust, my family had to sneeze all the time. The foods taste is very nice eventho they give simple breakfast for us. I hope u guys can improve ur service n cleanliness next time. Thank u. 😊

Semua ok..staf ramah.. cuman dari pertama cek in minta keset sampe cek out nya tak kunjung tiba 😥.. mungkin bisa diperbaiki lagi ke depan nya ya

the hotel is close to ciwalk mall, a beautiful and comfortable place. I am both with my child & this is the fourth time staying at this hotel. See you again in January, 2024.

Sangat senang pesan kamar deluxe dan dikasih yg family kebetulan saya ber4 jadi kasurnya pas. Sarapan juga bisa 4 orang padahal mestinya cuma dapat 2. Overall OK
