호텔 자체가 매우 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 방은 크기는 작지만 매우 깨끗하고 어매니티가 잘 갖추어져있습니다. 체크인이 늦어져서 한시간 넘게 기다리는 상황이 발생했는데 리셉션의 직원분이 바나나튀김과 음료를 제공해주어 기다리는 시간을 지루하지 않게 보냈습니다. 스카이라운지에서 저녁 공연하는 노래소리가 엄청 크게 들렸지만 다행히 10시쯤 멈추어서 자는데는 불편함이 없었습니다. 침구는 깨끗하고 포근해서 숙면에 도움이 되었습니다.

お部屋は綺麗でした。スタッフのサービスがとても良かったです。ブレックファーストは種類はそんなに無いですが、満足しました。ベッドの寢具が気持ち良かったです。 備え付けのコーヒーマシーンのコーヒーが美味しかった！ 唯一、気になったのは外の車の音と、上の階の排水の音です。 それ以外は満足でした！

Honestly the first thing I like about this hotel is all of the staffs are very friendly, nice and helpful. Big appreciation for them, great job. This make all other problem doesn‘t matter. I like the room, it is minimalis but I slept well. It would be better if the hotel can make a changing room in the swimming pool. Everything‘s great.

We had a very comfortable stay at Truntum Cihampelas. I wpuld like to extend my appreciation to Dessi at the front desk for decorating the room. Staffs are very friendly. The breakfast has everything from local to weatern and the sago and banana dessert was so good. There is also jamu and drinks. All good. Recommended hotel.

De kamers waren schoon en goed onderhouden. Wij zaten in een non-smoking room, maar door de ventilatie kwam af en toe toch een rooklucht in onze kamer. Dit was wel jammer. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid. De service is goed. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Wij werden gratis naar het station gebracht op de dag van ons vertrek.

It’s been an amazing stay! It’s our first time here and we truly enjoyed it. The hospitality of all the staff has been wonderful. The security, front office, and housekeeping teams are all very helpful, always smiling and showing great kindness. Keep up the great work! The location is perfect, and the amenities are very complete for a 3-star hotel. We had a great experience.
