Honestly very old hotel with slow flow of water , rooms are ordinary , its basically old and traveller who are flexible and can adapt to situations and lifestyle like this , sure okay but for people like us who need everything precise , surely not a good one.

Excellent location. Closebto lovelybwalks. Character building. Lovely staff. Brilliant cook. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms are comfy and great beds, wifi. TV. Always come back here. Close enough to limerick

Excellent staff make the stay. Loved the quiet green setting and beautiful river walks. Food in restaurant was full of flavour and variety. Honestly, put this place near my hometown and it would be my favourite getaway.

Castle Oaks was lovely and would recommend, however the staff, especially Josephine made it fantastic, so lovely and kind and great with the kids. Alex was great, saw a tired and hungry family and jumped in to support to make it easier. Can’t recommend the place enough
