Very dated Holiday Inn - tired, components not working or damaged, absence of staff - only plus/positive it has is the racecourse is bolted on, no other tea to stay. Stayed in the much nicer Birmingham City Holiday Inn last weekend - no comparison but very obvious IHG don’t invest in their employees or make them feel valued.
