環境很好，臨近火車站，步行衹要7分鐘就能到達。我定的是大床房，房間很整潔，床和枕頭都很舒服，不會讓認床黨有壓力。早餐自助餐，非常豐盛，吃完早餐進電梯時還碰見一個當地的老奶奶，問我有沒有吃過早餐，和我説這裡早餐是very thing you want here！酒店一樓還有酒吧，酒的品類也很豐富。我提前2個月預訂的酒店，一晚價格70磅不到吧。總之很贊，極力推薦！

Service excellent on what had been a fraught day, receptionist so helpful and polite. Booked in to breakfast and can honestly say, that having stayed in several competitors the quality ofvfood and service was exceptional. Particular credit to Aisha, a credit to you organisation. Reception able to assist in extending our stay will definately stay again as will be over this way for next 6 months at least

When you walk in the room is immaculate and clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows and room was warm upon arrival which was a bonus. The toilet had enough clean towels, toilet itself was clean, good water pressure plus it was hot. The inly downside there was no teabags/coffee but nothing reception cannot resolve. Would recommend Novotel perfect location 5mins walk from the train station, parking on site and it is well in the city centre if you want to get some food.

Check in easy and friendly, bathroom was nice, separate toilet wasn’t ideal for me personally, but wasn’t a big issue, bed comfortable. Would stay again

Although I was only there for 1 night it was a pleasant experience & the staff were very friendly & accommodating.
I would definitely recommend it to friends & family whenever visiting Wolverhampton.

The people who work there are friendly and attentive.
