    Hotel room is very small. Bathroom is also not up to mark as compared to other 3 star hotels. Food is average.

    The hotel is okay to stay. The service of the hotel and rooms should be updated further. I faced the shortage of light during my stay.

    Staffs are very rude and non co-operative. The rules are so strict that even family members can’t come and meet you. They are here to loot you they charged me 700extra for allowing my 7 years daughter in the room as they said only 2 person allowed. Moreover, they charged hefty amount for baby food 640rs for just 8 small glass of milk and on enquiry they said it was 8 litre. I will never ever prefer to stay at this place.

    Stayed overnight while attending a family gathering in jamshedpur. Extremely satisfied by the property. The rooms were fresh and clean. Every thing that you possibly need is present. The staff were cordial and helpful. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. Over all superb value for money

    They have allotted us the room but the room was not ready. We have to wait almost 45 min. Outside the room & the check in time was 1:00 pm there was no wating area also. It was on renovation.
