I was booked for 1st nova on suryavamshy residency and my checkin time was 2pm. I reached residency at 2. 50pm as per the reception no room available and they are not ready to accept my confirmed booking. They told me that are having issue with make my 訂房網站 booking because booking was confirmed 1st nova morning so they cant accept the booking. They will take the booking for next day only. I left from the reception and i contact make my 訂房網站 customer service within 5 minutes customer service executive talked to somebody and told me to give the mobile to the reception. Then they accepted the booking. Customer service executive ms. Thripthi given me full support. Do not encourage this type attitude from residencies. As i was also from an service industry. This will affect the good will and trust of make my 訂房網站.

The stay was terrible. The room was in poor condition, and the ac was not working. I vacated within an hour due to the room's bad condition. So, i lost money.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life, ac not working, power cutting at night, people making noise at the reception in the morning

Staffs are good but baathroom shower is not working, door locks are cracked and even bathroom has no soap holder we have to hold the soap or have to place on flush tank that was my terrible experience

Stay was nice and the staffs are very helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Hussle free entry. Recommended families to opt this hotel since the place is safe. Thanks for the management.
