Lots of dust in the room, jammed taps are some issues i faced during my stay here with my family.

We booked a nonac room and when we went there, upgraded it to ac room. When we went it, the toilet had water leakage problem. The toilet ventilator had one glass missing. When we asked them about it, they just dismissed it saying it’s ok - we had to stuff a towel so it’s not visible to outside folks. We’ve asked them multiple times to give us hand-washing liquid but never got it. The only advantage of this place is that it’s about 400m from the temple. As for food at the hotel’s restaurant, it’s below average. However there are multiple options in walking distance - so we never really bothered about that

It was very pleasant to stay at hotel anand palace in shirdi, the staff was very cooperative, even though they did not receive any mail from the company about my booking, they gave me the room, later we talked to customer care and sent them mail, this company's mistake there is a lack of service but the hoteliers gave very good cooperation, clean room, bathroom was also clean, towel soap shampoo tv internet service was also very good and the food was very tasty i would like to go there again and again at the bus stop in front of the hotel and the temple is also very close. The parking for the car was also very big.

I did pure booking a day prior still have to wait 30 minutes as room was not ready. Room condition was not good ac water was dipping on bed i asked them to change the room and 2nd room was very untidy full of plaster bagworms on wall near to bed. Untidy washroom water was tipping from bathroom room.

I stayed for one day in hotel anand palace. The following are my positive things about my stay: 1. The staff was really good. 2. The best thing about the hotel is its location. The temple is a 2 min walk. The bus stand is in front of the hotel only. 3. The room is neat and clean. 4. No issues with water and electricity. The following things i feel uncomfortable about the hotel: the hot water for the bath is available from 3am to 9am only. So you won't get hot water at other times.

Staying at hotel anand palace was very pleasant we didn't feel like we were not at home staff always ready to serve receptionist was very helpful bathrooms were also clean above service top 10th hospitality was first class, water bottles were given without any cost for the hospitality, i am very happy, i would request all of you to visit once.
