Rooms were good. Excellent room service and mouth watering food. The bed linen were clean. It has excellent amenities.

Everything was good. I am not saying excellent because there is always space for improvement. Except need to improve the quality of food, specially breakfast.

Pleasant surprise at a town like katni. Spacious, well maintained rooms combined with good food makes it an ideal place to stay at katni.

"i had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The housekeeping was excellent, and the food was enjoyable. The hotel staff were well-behaved and made sure that i was comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others"

The place is nice and comfortable. I think for katni it is a very well made place and indeed a comfortable stay. The major issue is that the staff is neither presentable and nor they are trained to handle people who are not from the local place. The staff though may not be rude is definitely impolite to say the least. They have an attitude that it doesnt matter what is going on. If it doesnt matter to them then whom should the guest talk with. This is from the bottom rund, the front desk and to the deupty manager or manager. Easy going comfortable approach. Like a govt guest house
