Pros: room was good interior is done aesthetically cons: my room was on the 3rd floor. There was noise the whole night from the top floor, might be from the restaurant.

Terrible dingy matchbox size rooms. The hotel is totally opposite what you see. No proper parking and valet service is available

Good stay and special mention for ms. Kanchaan for helping change the room as the allotted one was quite not as per my liking with no view of outside world. Staff are very polite and helpful. The food was average nothing to write about.

Location is good, staff is very cooperative specially restaurant n bar. Food is very good overall nice service. But parking is only for 8- 10 cars. Lift and rooms are quite small. Other wise hotel is very good

I visit Dehradun every other month and enjoy trying out new hotels. This one had decent reviews and seemed to offer a unique vibe, but it turned out to be a disappointment. Upon entering the room, I found hair on the bedsheet from previous guests. I had to ask for it to be changed three times, as they couldn’t provide a clean sheet, although the housekeeping staff was kind and patient throughout. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and I had to use my own perfume just to make it bearable for sleep. As for the breakfast, it was quite average. What made it worse was the coffee machine, which seemed more like a display piece since they charged extra for coffee even during buffet hours—very disappointing. Despite some Spanish-inspired decor, there was nothing truly Spanish about this hotel. The room, service, and buffet were all subpar. I won’t be staying here again, even if it’s offered for free.

Room allotted was not as per booking. I had to take additional room by paying. My reservation and checking experience was poor, reception person is not properly enabled and kept arguing that the type of room booked only entitles what it is. Not ready to listen that i don't have knowledge about their room types, i booked based on pictures. Overall poor experience.
