Overall experience was very nice, but there were some things which i didn't like at bathroom, the shower stand was broken and while opening the hand shower the top shower was opening automatically (note: i know how to operate taps and i'm not confused) just the plumbing of bathroom was not upto the mark otherwise all things were goof

Very small room and hot water only on demand; food is terrible, not recommended on this price. Location is good but you can fine much more better stay nearby.

I paid for royal room (breakfast and taxes inclusive. For this much money (though this is after discount price) hotel lacks the basic amenities like there was no moisturiser and hair dryer in the room. We had to ask for the dental kit too. Mind it hair dryer is only available in the suite room. Upon request iron was provided but that too without the iron board. Talking about breakfast, do not expect buffet. Only few items are served and basic breakfast item like juices are also not available. When it comes to beverages, only tea and coffee are available in breakfast menu. In room dining menu, the options are immense but again there are no basic options like burger. Though the pizza was good but again chocolate shake was such a disappointment. There are much better options of the hotel available in the same locality.

It's typically a business hotel with all markets in vicinity. During my 4 day stay, they had same breakfast menu daily, food items are overtly expensive, don't have a power backup. Rest it was okay for a one time stay.

I enjoyed the stay. Really in a good locality around the hotel. Also hotel staff is very user-friendly & very tasty food provided in the meal facility included in my package. Also accommodated for my late check out request. Extremely polite staff & good restaurant
