I booked two standard delux ac rooms. I was traveling with my aged parents. Food amenities and services was fine until the incharge of the hotel showed their true face when i requested to provide a room for two hours as my travel plans got changed in the last minute. My parents was tired and they wanted to rest for two before travel-ling further. I was even ready to pay 50% of the actual room rent even then the hotel in charge refused to accommodate. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

1- booked a room for 3 adults, but hd to call them to add the extra bed for which the bedding like ac quilt ws not provided. When asked fr it they said extra bed we don't give. But they charged us for extra bedding 2- they do not clean te room till u vacate 3- u need to pay extra fr room service, which we would hv not used hd they given what ws promised in their web page.

Good location, newly built and clean rooms. Preferred by families. Buffet breakfast south indian. Nice spread but is same everyday.

The rooms were spacious. But it could be maintained better. The breakfast was very good. The location is very convenient. Only cleanliness could be worked on.

The room was neat and clean. Staffs were helpful. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of variety. Overall nice stay. Only drawback is the smell of warnish in the room maybe because of some recent painting work inside room.

Best lodge in tirunelveli to stay with family, affordable tariff, rooms are spacious, cleanliness with all amenities, parking facilities are also good. Receptionist hospitality also good.
