Locationwise, it is not a good hotel to stay as it's entrance is in a narrow lane surrounded by stinky poultry outlets. But boys are very responsive & food is good. On an average, w r t room charges, it is not worth.

Two days lift was out of order. Two days we reach our third floor room through stairs. This stairs was very steep. Food quality was poor. On payment non branded mineral water given. Refuse to give bisleri

Lift was not working. We had our train at 8 o'clock in morning we ordered breakfast 40-45 mins ago but due to delay we had to leave without taking breakfast as they told it will be ready in 20-25 mins. We waited for a long time. Room and washroom was neat and clean. It's comfortable also but there is a need to improve services
