Extremely comfortable stay and a beautiful room. The hotel is located in the prime location of pahalgam so everything is available near and around. The view from the hotel is most picturesque. The owner and staff were cooperative and quick in response. I profoundly recommend this hotel.

Noisy whole time just opposite to taxi stand could not sleep properly low maintenance unhygienic, about food i didn’t had anything from there.

This hotel is very bad maintenance. So much dirty everything. There is no electricity, 10:00 a. M. At night there is no room service that is general service only. There is no room heater service. We need heater service at night but this time the power of all hotel mostly we need

I would therefore ask each one of you thinking to book this horrible yet lovely looking place to stay away from this and head back to Srinagar. It's better staying outside and dying in cold than entering this premises. Faulty heater facility provided with additional cost. I would humbly ask each one of you to kindly avoid and restrict yourself from staying in this hotel.

In one word just pathetic. We went there at october end and there was no trance of heater despite of so much cold. The hotel stuffs are very careless. They never came to check if we need anything or not. Totally disappointed with this type of hotel. feel uncomfortable and helpless disastrous hotel

Geyser is not working, not able to get ready on time. There is no attendant for room service. Even the water bottles are not provided with the rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel in pahalgam and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the main market, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting pahalgam for its excellent location and great service.

We feel very bad experience there. They had not maintain discipline. Not provided hot water, soup, hair oil. Charges for food items at restaurant is not affordable. We cannot recommend this residents to other tourists
