The property location, food, room interiors and staff behaviour are all excellent. The only problem was that they didn’t provide us a river-facing room. There must be a provision for selection of room direction while booking the room

The staff is warm and considerate, food is awesome and since this resort is located right next to the forest reserve area, i wish these guys would use more environment friendly items i. E. Avoid plastic toothbrushes, combs, water bottles etc.

Good stay but big draw back is that hotel is without lift therefore it is difficult for persons living in upper three floors.

Heevan pahelgam is really an awesome place to stay. Excellent hospitality, behavior of the staff specially housekeeper safiqul is very helpful. We will again and again visit and stay at this property.

I recently stayed at the riverside hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful, with a stunning view of the river. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. The food served was delicious, with a variety of options. I especially loved the peaceful ambiance and the calming sound of the river, which made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Would highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

During checkout, a staff member informed me that a writing pad was missing from my room. However, there had been no writing pad in the room since i checked in. They stopped me and insisted that it had been there. Due to this altercation, i was delayed in leaving pahalgam, which caused me to nearly miss my flight from srinagar.

The view was beautiful. But constant smell of drainage was a put off even during night hours. Although the staff was courteous but smell was horrible.

The hotel is very old design and standard room was very small. Getting family will not worth. While checked in we upgrade the room with heavy charges.

Small rooms, pathetic food, over priced, whatelse can one say when books a hotel viewing such positive ratings and tremendous reviews but when reaching gets things overturned! really not worth a stay at the property
