The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

The location was good, on the main road, not too far from the market and places to visit in chail. Calm environment and view from balcony. Rooms were hygienic, no issues with safety as well. Local sightseeing services are available at extra cost. Few things can be improved, toiletries included basic things, however on request toothbrush and toothpaste, bathroom slippers were provided(it would be better to include them in basic kit. Breakfast options were having variety and good in taste. Room service is also fine, however it can be slightly swift. The behavior of the staff was polite. Parking is also available. Non availability of lift can be an issue for some.

The hotel is definitely not worth the price they charge. Though room was clean but there were flies in the room and dinning area. You can't control them even after using the catcher. Food was not upto the mark. Breakfast spread was very limited only 3-4 items provided and quality vise also it was not appreciable. They need to improve heavily on food. Note: as they have mix of old rooms and newly renovated rooms, so try to book newly renovated rooms only and avoid booking.

We were given a newly constructed room. It is complete in all respects. Very comfortable and habitable. Terrific west facing view of the jungle and valley below. An occasional slight offensive odour from the septic tanks below. Hospitable staff and prompt service. Overall - excellent.

We book this hotel for 1 day 訂房網站. I must say all services are very good. Staff is very helpful. Kids really love the place. Hotel is very neat and clean. Hospitalty is amazing.

Property is ideally located. Price a little expensive. Rooms need to be maintained properly. Room locks and taps in the bathroom were in damaged condition. Overall response is good. Staffs are cooperative and well behaved. Restaurant is very good but they are not able to manage more people at a time.

Food quality was poor, not worth staying there. Staff was not supportive. Not recommended for other people. Only good thing was the view from balcony rest are poor

In regards to the location and rooms this property is excellent. Well appointed rooms. Specially the top floor valley facing rooms with private balcony. However the food taste and quantity is quiet average.
