房間位置還算不錯的，也衞生乾淨。但是對於第一次入住的人來説有很多不便，需要反覆各種網絡溝通！鑰匙是電子密碼和手機程序，讓人一開始頭暈眼花… 特別表揚一下訂房網站的客服，非常專業有效和Nice的幫助我，雖然等了3個小時，但是讓人感到溫暖！感恩！

訂房網站訂海外酒店存在BUG，這種公寓訂房要自助取鑰匙，提前郵件溝通要密碼的，而訂房網站發來若干郵件確認單，出示確認碼，一點用處都沒有，卻阻斷了郵件密碼的獲取。於是我們站在樓道里溝通溝通，焦頭爛額。這是訂房網站不瞭解海外市場，希望以後能改進。

가장중요한건 청결함과 깔끔한 느낌입니다 이 숙소의 최대단점은 메일로 오는 체크인서류를 채워야 함이고, 특정어플을 깔아야 합니다. 문제가 터지면 은 없고 메일로 동반자 정보까지 입력하지 않으면 키어플 코드를 못받습니다. 즉, 입구에서 서성이게 됩니다 위치는 적당히 다운타운과 멀리있어 불편하지만 나와서 있어보면 도미토리급 모델 유스텔보다 만족스런 숙소입니다. 세탁기가 있고 테라스가 있습니다 여자분들이 좋아합니다. 1박 하고 추가 1박을 할정도로 만족도가 높았습니다.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, with sofa and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave and utensils, the only downside is there is no oven, but otherwise everything else was fine. Location is alright, a short tram or underground ride to most attractions or city centre. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby. There is no reception at the property and requires checking in with hotel in advance. Access to property is through downloading an app, which is slightly inconvenient but alright for us.

Located centrally within a short walk to a number of good bars, restaurants and cafes however it can get noisy until the early hours of the morning. The apartment was compact but big enough for 2 people however the bed was a very small queen. There was only 1 coffee capsule for 2 people staying and although there were lots of electrical sockets, they were all for European plugs and not one had a USB connection which would be far more useful for most travellers. The bathroom mirror was laughable - I’m 5ft 2” and could just see the top of my head in it! Instructions to gain entry were emailed on check-in day, which also included downloading an app. This would’ve been useful to know prior to travelling.

Metro station, tram station, supermarkets, money exchange are within several minutes walk. Very convenient location. The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen and toilets are well equipped. Washing machine and balcony are provided too. The reception was from 8am to 8pm? The fire alarm rang on 31.12.2023 and I had to check means of escape myself to the street. Gladly that fire engine arrived soon. Please respect the rules and not to smoke or light fire indoors.

Güleryüzlü çalışanlar, temiz., güvenli ve rahat daire. Konum süper heryere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Balkonuvar. Ayrıca daire içinde bütün mutfak aletlerini bulabilirsiniz. Teşekkür ederiz
