    very poor hygiene. guest smoking in common area and no o e from hotel mgt. is stopping them. NOT A SUITABLE PLACE for professional stay. Need will I recommend this to anyone. Lot of alcohol 🍸 emplty bottles outside many rooms. You one can imagine the level of people opting to stay here. No breakfast even if you are willing to pay extra for it!! please try to avoid this hotel to the farest possible.

    Stay was good but service is bad. They took 1 hr to serve break fast. Hot water is not available. Don't desk people are very lazy

    Hotel food was delicious. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean & good. The bed was so comfortable. The overall review from my side is Excellent 👍.

    It's very good and best hotel in panipat. It's near to bus stand and railway station and hospital. So many feselities in near hotel. Food is alltimate. And service is good and take responsibility each every one. Once again i tell smart inn hotel is best
