    Rooms are without maintenance. Damp wall, dirty bedsheets, pillow cover. Very poor stay. However, the food is delicious.

    Location is good near rly station. So far food is concern it is delicious and service is good. It is neat and clean. Staff are good.

    It was good experience. Staff were supportive. Cleanliness infront of room number 412 was little disappointing as buckets and dust buckets were kept.

    Very dirty rooms and toilets, insects moving on the floor, no maintenance done for the room interior, bathroom flush not working, the most scarry - bathroom taps gets electric conducted. I shall never ever stay in that hotel even getting free

    The service was good but to be honest, the hotel needs a serious overhaul. Although i absolutely liked the behavior of the staff but i couldn't ignore the crumbling state of the rooms. The staffs at hotel lalit heritage are highly supportive and a hardworking lot. I honestly believe that they deserve to work in a better environment, hence it would be great if they pay more attention towards renovating the hotel.
