It was a nice hotel. Rooms were clean and the staff was very supportive. The bed linens were fresh. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

I booked for three persons, but i was allotted a double room, so, there were very less space for movement. Rooms are not maintained properly, in ac rooms, mosquito was available. In winter season geyser was not switched on at afternoon. Food cost is too high compare to the quality of hotel.

One of the better stay at bilaspur, room are spacious and staffs are courteous. Rooms have positive vibes. The room have all basic ammenities. Rec-commend to stay in this hotel

Short overnight stay on a work visit. Comfortable. Very helpful front desk. No kettle and tea facilities in the room so make your own arrangements if you like your early morning chai

Very nice hotel staff where very polite and helpful. Food is really nice. Service is really fast. Rooms are really big and clean. Ac is perfect cooling. Overall i would suggest every one to stay and choose vinayak palace for pleasant stay. I would visit again if i go bilaspur. Thanku for your warm welcome. Team vinayak

Hotel vinayak palace is an excellent hotel. The hospitality and service was very good. Tue staff also behaved well. Our stay was quite good. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and was served hot.
