During check-in, room is not ready, causing a 20-minute wait for the room. The phone service was also down, and the staff’s behavior was unpleasant and there is also during check-in, there was a power outage, causing a 20-minute wait for the room. The hotel was good the staff was good the stay was clean and tidy good facilities were provided during the stay the reception was kind and helped me in my stay i recommend this hotel for further stay

Every time it was 4-5 star review but this time the situation was not good. Situation of walls in the room is not good. Refridgerator was not working, ac was not working. However they tried every possible way to solve it. But it all goes from my time on the hotel. Little dissatisfied

I would recommend to have better linen to enhance the stay experience. Also the toiletries weren’t of good quality the hotel should at least offer standard quality toiletries to guest

The location is good, rooms are well maintained but the house keeping is very slow, the front desk needs reminder after reminder for towels for the room, anything you want you have remind several times. The restaurant is good but quality and quantity of the food needs a change. The management should look into these aspects which will make the customers happy. No taxi facilities is available by the front desk.
