It was a very good stay at avisa. The room was very clean and neat. The scenic view from the room was amazing. Other tourist locations were nearer from the hotel location. Food was good. In breakfast fruits and fruits juice options should be added by hotel management. Staff was also polite and co-operative. Overall rating 4.

Beach was filled with dead and rotten fishes. It's smell was very disturbing and let us vomit frequently. We requested manager to remove atleast facing our hotel, but they didn't care. Hence we didn't enjoy swimming pool as smell was coming there till inside rooms. If you want authentic malavni food, then don't eat at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, sea view is excellent. Access to beach is good. Other than seafood, other food quality is good.

This was my second visit to a visa nila, and as usual they did not disappoint. The staff are very polite and co-operative and right from check-in experience to great comfortable rooms, to awesome food and finally smooth check-out, it was a superb experience staying at a visa nila. The hotel is situated at a prime location near dev baug beach and one can easily travel across tarkarli from here. Finally, the pool facility at the hotel and the great view of the sea was a constant source joy for all of us. Thank you a visa nil a for the great experience!

Avisa Nila is best staycation in devbag malvan .Rooms are very neat and clean 👌 Room service is good . Swimming pool view is serene. Only the drawback is due to sea shore the rooms windows have irritating noise Otherwise all things are very appreciable. Breakfast is ok ok. Restaurant service is not as expected. Thank You 😊

A visa nil a is situated right at the tarkarli beach, you can just walk on to the beach right from the resort. The property is decent. The upkeep could have been better but for the rate that one pays this is the best one can get. Food hall upkeep is extremely poor. But the food is not bad. The water sports at tarkarli are closed during monsoon.
