It was horrible stay. Not clean full of dusty, no hot water and insects all around like cockroach. There were even insects in the food we bought to eat.

Calm and quiet room at 6th floor of Emerald Mall. couple and family friendly atmosphere. Located at the centre of Calicut city. Only the problem of Emerald Mall is very slow and outdated lift facility. Remaining everything is good 💯

1. The pedestal fan making so much irritating noice 2. The rooms are very old 3. Ac is also old bathroom taps loose 4. Hot water issue 5. Bathroom floor is sticky 6. Room lightings are not good, only golden lights available 7. Cigarette smell in the corridors 8. Lift is very bad with bad smell and too much dusty 9. Towels are very old 10. No outside view from our room

When i entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I informed the receptionist, and she said they would use air fresheners, but that did not happen. The bed sheets were torn and not neat. Some of the floor tiles were broken, so we had to be careful while walking. The walking area outside the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the kettle in the room was not cleaned. The wi-fi was connected, but there was no high-speed internet

It was a great stay. Unfortunately it was not long. I stayed only for few hours. In that short time i can say that the room was well maintained. Clean and hygiene. There was hot water, basic requirements like soap and shampoo, kettle and other things to make a small tea. Ac, tv, towel, fan, chair etc.

Room no. 204 1. Rats run across the ceiling. 2. The ceiling parts is lying on the floor. 3. The exhaust in the toilet is not working. 4. I got dental kit only on demand. 5. Phone in the room was not working. Go to the reception and tell the matter. 6. Only positive remark is breakfast.

Zero zero recommendation. Rooms are smelly like damp, lot of cockroaches in bathroom and room. Bath-ware fittings are just pathetic. Lift may work some time some time not. Toiletries are not kept regular. Very very bad ambiance. Please don't opt for this house keeping pathetic. Please don't book this hotels. This hotel seems like "the decent hotel" from jab we met.
