The blue ocean fern resort at malgund is located on a beautiful surrounding. Hilly area hence stretched up and down. Staff was good but very few were available. Rooms were not well maintained, very difficult to open the locks. Had to struggle every time to open the rooms. Specially room 25 & 26.

Super experience with stunning view and best every hospitality from blue ocean & fern resort. Loved the overall vibes in the resort and it was so calming and peaceful. However i would recommend going for a villa instead of winter green rooms.

First room allotted was horrible. Musty, non working flush, noisy ac and a cockroach in the bathroom. The walls were dusty.

The property has a lot of potential but lacks maintenance. The staff is impolite and doesn’t care about the guests. The breakfast that is served is stale and cold. The corridors are full of insects and dead animals.

The resort offers you and awesome environment to stay in a blend of nature with luxury, well appointed rooms with a great team to match up all that you need from time to time

property is nice but seems shortstaffed due to off season, rooms had issues with mobile network as property in outskirts but all they were facing wifi network issues , so no connection with outside world… food / restaurant staff was very good and supportive… as property is quite big & covered with trees , visibilty at night is very low when trying to move within the property… they have lights on walkway but located at bottom hence very less illumination, it would be handy to carry torch light… overall nice and comfy stay as property is located at malgunda beach
