香提大宮酒店 (Shanti the Grand Palace)

Worst hotel i have been around so far. Changed 3 rooms but all room were dirty and bedsheets not washed. No hot water supply but they managed to provide buckets for the same. Will not recommended unless they bring some cleanliness and it feels as a hotel stay

Property is not as par mark, no food service in hotel. Also room condition is not as par standard. After reaching hotel manager ask for 400rs more for attach bath facility.

Location very good and at main market. Bus depot very near and local convince is easily available. Amenities is good and renovation going on and service and staff is very nice. Regarding the food options are available. It's very good for family and specially for group. I personally rate the stay very nice

The stay was "so-so, the room was quite ok, but availability of food was a big issue here. Also the reception staff and other staff were not very cooperative. Location is good, but overall experience was not so good.

This hotel is great, the staff of the hotel is also great. The area is also nice, right in front of the hotel is the Hanuman temple... Everything is great.

Great experience staying there with family, staff was friendly and helpful to family members throughout in stay.

In the map, property shown near st stand, however it is 2 km away from panchgani market. Acs in the rooms are very old and give very little cooling. While booking, it was mentioned swimming pool is there but pool work was going on.

One of best in whole 訂房網站. Service is also good. Provides extra bedding also as per request properly sanitized.

This is my second time at this hotel. I came here during november where they only complaint i had was no hot water but that was manageable. Considering the fact that it's summer, i thought it would be a good idea to book this hotel for my family for 5. We booked two rooms but the person who assigned us the rooms assigned separate rooms, on opposite corners of the floor even when i had clearly stated i need side by side rooms. My parents and granny had a really hard time due to this arrangement. Then, after an argument, we were granted opposite rooms, but the toilet was indian style which was not suitable for my parents and granny. The worst part was, there was literally no ventilation in the rooms. Back during my november visit, i did not realise that as the cozy atmosphere had it covered. But right now, it was terrible. We could not keep the doors closed even for a minute. None of us slept during the two nights of our stay. While having a bath, my father suffocated due to no ventilation. Thought apart from the person that assigned us the rooms, the other staff was good but they did literally nothing even after our repeated complains. If you talk about the stay, this is the worst stay i ever had. Totally disappointed.
