CAKEP BANGET ASLI.. udara asli, adem sejuk, KEBERSIHANNYA suuuper banget.. Pelayanaannya goooood,, masakannya gooooooodddd, menuuunya komplit banyak dan bermacam macam,, Tempat bermain anak nya seru banget, ada kolam mini zoo trampolin prosotan mini soccer berkuda about bound,, banyak banget pokonya.. Parkiran juga nyaman.. Goodd pokonya👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Dekat dengan taman safari, dan 1kawasan dengan the lake house juga so bisa sXan ngechill🥰

Staycation di Pesona Alam tuh vibes-nya beneran sesuai namanya, full of nature 🌿. Kamar luas, nyaman, dan yang paling bikin jatuh hati tentu aja view pegunungan + udara seger khas Puncak 🌲☁️. Balkonnya jadi spot favorit buat chill sore-sore sambil nikmatin sunset. Pokoknya kalau mau kabur bentar dari hectic-nya kota, this place is a perfect short escape! 💚

Terima kasih uda di upgrade sama pihak hotel. Ramah pelayanannya. Kasurnya kurang nyaman tp saya tidur nyenyak. Makanan enak2 semua. Kamar yg di kasih pemandangannya bagus tp bau udara kamarnya. Ada gangguan Tv nya dan internet tetapi di tanganain segera..

A family and small kid-friendly. We truly enjoyed the playground area, mini petting zoo, kids club, spa and the pool. It does have an old hotel vibe but well tolerable and has scenic views. We also love the beautiful cafe within the hotel compound. Will definitely come back again.

We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room overlooking the mountains. Such a beautiful breathtaking Scenery. Unforgettable experience watching sunsets and sunrises. The hotel Breakfast served varieties and delicious food. The room is clean and comfortable. It is good for family with children too. We will definitely return here to relax away from busy environment.

The location and view from this hotel is great, the service from the staff here are also excellent, bring our baby here and everything is handled well with the help from the staff.Plenty parking space, swimming pool, children playground, reataurant and many more available here.Near Taman Safari is one plus point from this hotel.
