I stayed at this hotel last night and unfortunately encountered a mouse in my room. I was moved to another available room, but it was also not very clean, with some trash left behind by the previous guest. I reported these issues to the staff, who were polite, but the experience was concerning. I hope the hotel improves its hygiene and room preparation procedures in the future.
