It was a fun 訂房網站. Every one there was kind and nice. They helped us out with things to do.

Centrally located, stylish old building from early 1900s, big gym, BUT run down, small room with almost no window insulation, room is only made up on request, staff without focus on customer, distracted. All in all: would not recommend.

The service was excellent! Super clean and convenient. Had both dinner and breakfast and both were wonderful! A beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Looks nice online. Parking situation was terrible, long walk to lobby from garage carrying bags. Nowhere to pull in front to unload. The hallway smelled like mold. Room looked ok at 1st glance. I dropped my stuff and left quickly for a concert. Upon return I noticed different types of human hair in various locations of the bathroom floor and dust in the corner of the floor. Obviously a broom & mop had not seen this floor in a long time. The bed was reasonably clean and comfortable. No food available onsite. Worse than the various types and colors of human hair on the floor was the shower. There was a 1,000 legger bug (how did he get to the 28th floor?) when I opened the curtain as well as a large black stain that covered almost the entire bottom of the tub which of course had more human hair. This tub/shower was in need of a deep clean as well as possible resurfacing if they can’t get the large stain to go away. I was only there 1 night and left for my 6 hour drive home without bathing (yuck), but I just could not bring myself to do more than brush my teeth and wash my face in that bathroom. Not to mention my thoughts about what the dark carpet may be hiding. I am all for old historic hotels that have their quirks due to age, but this was too much. The staff were very kind. I only saw one cleaning woman on my floor at checkout. My guess is they are understaffed and don’t have enough time to possibly deep clean all those rooms. If I was there more than one night I would have changed hotels, but was too tired when I got back to the hotel at 1230am. No food available onsite, thank god for uber eats! Wish I had spent an extra few dollars to stay somewhere else.
