房間裡的床單，枕頭，一次拖鞋，都是用過的，有圖有真相，已經向客房經理反映過，換了房間依然沒有新的一次性拖鞋。無語。一個五星酒店連雙鞋子都不給客人穿。真的去過很多國家第一次遇到這樣的事情。

優點：泳池是溫水。餐廳風景無敵。 缺點：也可以説硬傷吧，工作日，兒童設施沒有，騎馬，小越野車，全部沒有！中餐廳不開。所以週末親子酒店，工作日就是個商務酒店。。 建議應該在首頁標註以上情況！

Excellent service in a wonderful hotel. Hotel is far fron Bandung city centre but it is worth the view of you are there for tranquil relaxation. Koce its fresh air on hilltop surrounding. Service staff is attentive and makes an effort to make our stay extra special.

This hotel is basically met our expectations, eventhough we didn’t try all the amenities but staying at the hotel with city view is amazing, staff were great and breakfast also good and so far met the intercontinental standard, sure will return again

전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다 이상하게 조식 부페가 부족한 것 없이 살짝 부족한 느낌입니다 어린 아기 음식 조리를 부탁했는데 요청대로 되지는 않아서 조금 아쉬움이 있습니다 그 외에는 만족스럽습니다

1 booked 2 classic rooms. At the reception, they upgraded my rooms to superior/deluxe rooms at high floors. Service are good and fast. Every needs will be taken care quickly and seriously. The washtafel has a little problem, after they fix it, the manager send a box of cookies to apologize. Bottled water I must say is free flow, cause I got 8 bottles for the first night, and 12 bottles for the second night. Very generous.
