After check in, we entered the room (superior) and we found the room had very string cigarette smell. We returned to the check in counter and asked for Non-smoking room. However the receptionist told us that non-smoking room is not available for the room type we booked (superior rooms). We were told that non-smoking room is only available for Deluxe Room and we were suggested to to upgrade to Deluxe type by paying additional one hundred thousands rupiah. We thought that we will get a much better room with better facilities compared to the superior one. Alas, when we entered the so called deluxe room, everything were same as the superior. Only cigarette smell was absent. So we pay extra just to get a room without tobacco smell..... :(

staff semua ramah,kamar bersih wangi hanya bbrp fasilitas seperti shower mandi ,tempat sabun sudah tidak menempel dgn baik, jjd ketika mandi suka ketawa ketawa sendri krn shower terlepas Krn tekanan air..,kolam renangnya bersih nyaman buat anak2.overall dengan budget segitu puas. Terimakasih

Hotel baik dg lokasi yg sangat sangat baik di dpn stasiun Kota Bandung. Kamar minimalis dg amenities lngkp. Cocok untuk transit. Sayang blm mencoba breakfast nya karena waktunya mepet jam 06.00 hrs meninggalkan Bandung. Tp overall bagus hotel ini
