Hotel location was good. Walking instruction from Chur Bahnhof could be better. 😩 Have to carry heavy luggage up 2.5 flights of stairs. Only 1 reception staff and not helpful. Book the historical room which is old and all wood. Crazily to enter the room, we need to open a metal door to get in. No scary night and had a good sleep.

飯店位置離火車站比較遠一點，但一路平地，所以拖著行李箱還可以。飯店入口比較不好一眼認出，可以注意門口上方有吊掛一面旗幟當識別。我們住附公共衛浴的雙人房，但房間內有2個洗手檯，簡單洗漱還是很方便。房間很乾淨，床軟硬還可以，房外公共衛浴間（只有一間男廁，一間女廁，一間單人浴室，若旺季來，不建議訂沒自帶私人衛浴的房間）沒人使用之前很乾淨，若有人使用過，則不一定乾淨了。櫃台在2樓（進門口要爬一層樓梯），服務人員只有在辦理入住的時段才在，若沒看到人，可按櫃檯上面的鈴鐺，會有人出來服務。

選擇在Chur小鎮休息一晚，第二天坐冰川列車去Zermatt。真的是不錯的選擇，Chur寧靜清新，無意中發現百年巧克力店和50年玻璃製品店。 酒店很方便，火車站步行10分鐘，房間很大很舒適，開窗戶就可以看到美景

飯店位於老城區、步行需要7-10分鐘，雖然離火車站很遠，但位在老城區，所以逛街參觀很方便，飯店外部大廳看起來真的非常老舊，但好在房間內部有整修過，所有房間內部非常舒服，充電部分也很現代。 只可惜我們check in時剛好遇到電梯壞掉，雖然後續有修好，服務人員也很貼心協助把行李送到房間，但每次搭電梯都怕怕的 飯店大門沒有電梯，所有旅客需要自行搬行李到一樓大廳

If you like to stay in old historical hotel than maybe can be a good choose . It was under renovation including our room door . The reception is at second floor so you have to carry your luggage there . After 7 pm no front desk

We had a pleasant overall experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent. However, one of the rooms we were given was not heated, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff tried to assist but couldn’t find a heater for the room, so we had to switch to another room. Thankfully, they handled the situation professionally by refunding the cost difference, which we appreciated. While this was a minor hiccup, it didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.
