    有免費的停車位就很好了，只是感覺不太乾淨沒有搞好衛生，杯子還有口紅印，床單有汙跡。，但是其他又不會太髒，這個價錢也算是很適合很值得了，如果有機會可能也會考慮入住，只希望未來衛生要搞乾淨。外面有棵檸檬樹。

    The room is spacious and very clean. The best part was that it is very quiet. The rooms comes with all the necessary items to make up a quick snack or cook a meal. The location is close to the downtown, shopping mall are nearby. Overall it is a good experience.

    It is an a nice part of CHCH, called Merivale, just up the street from the Merivale Mall, which has a great food market. Since it is the LOW season, I was generally the only one there. A wonderfully nice Chinese man was maintaining the rooms and they were SPOTLESS, he was articulate and well educated. He spoke university level English, and was very personable. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, and cups, etc, I would definitely stay there again. GO FOR IT!

    A little dated rooms. appliances were comparatively new except for oven, but room build was quite old. didn't like the way room was setup, TV was on the side wall of Bed instead of being at front.
