बड़ी हसरत लिए होटल पहुंचे, रूम नम्बर 303,304 अलॉट हुए।कमरे में बेड की चादर,तौलिया इतने जर्जर व पुराने थे कि सामान्य व्यक्ति भी उपयोग ना करे। टॉयलेट में लगातार पानी बह रहा था। आश्चर्य तब हुआ जब ब्रेकफास्ट के समय पानी के लिए डिस्पोजेबल glass रखे गए व चाय के लिए 50 ml का डिस्पोजेबल कप।शर्मिंदगी महसूस हुई कि कहाँ आकर ठहर गए।ऐसा लगता है कि होटल owner का कोई इंटरेस्ट नहीं।राम भरोसे छोड़ रखा है

The rooms were not clean. They changed 4 rooms then I had to adjust with whatever I got. Room had a leakage in the bathroom tap. The AC was not working, I saw a mouse roaming in the room. The room intercom was faulty. The plates and utensils were dirty. The staff tried to resolve but were helpless themselves. Looks like the hotel staff is not professional and don't know how to look after the services and amenities. Overall had a bad experience. Will never stay in future neither would recommend to anyone.

Food is not making perfect washroom in not available towel shampoo soap so over all is poor experience in this property and four and five time call then one response so I don’t like this

It is centerly located,food is good,Regarding amenities,it is very poor.Highly unhygienic wash room,that there is no exhaust fan and the level of floor is uneven ,causing stagnation of water .regarding service,it is average.

the only pros is location while the list of cons are so many. 1. Walls were very dirty and some of the paint/wallpaper coming out of the walls. 2. Rooms were not clean and terrible smell was coming when we enter. 3. shower were not working. 4. Rooms were very congested and no window in the room, so no outside view. 5. Exhaust fan in the bathroom were broken.
