4 It was very nice experience. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The only drawback was the food. It was moderate and not very good in taste.

The stay was comfortable, the room was spacious and well layedout. The bathroom needs attention of management. Towels were though clean but old,there is no separate cubicle for bath area hence whole bathroom becomes wet/dirty. The hotel has a Rooftop Restaurant which over looks the fort, at night it looks beautiful. Food is delicious. The hotel has adequate parking which is partialy covered. The staff is pretty responsive. The property is very close to the fort entrance.

Room, location and view from the terras were good. The breakfast buffet is very limited (no eggs for example). Furthermore, I had the feeling not everything was fresh.

Very poor management. Hotel claims it as 4 star which is far away from truth . No 4 star level sitting space at reception . They claim that railway station transfer is provided but they cheated on this score. They offered me for auto . Location is also not good . Plastic chairs in balcony are full of dust and scratches. Their welcome drink is a 250 mL water only. Very limited food items in restaurant which is basically used as Party place for outsiders.Though quality of food was good. Major channels in TV were not available . Most disturbing thing was behaviour of gentleman ( he did not disclosed his name ) sitting at reception . He was most casual and irritating. God save from such hotel.

Wonderful experience in the hotel. Though o was not expecting much from a city like Chittorgarh but it treated me well. Very good service and food was served. Breakfast buffet was also very nice. All the staff members were very cooperative as I was travelling with my kid, took many IRD services all this was quick which made my stay convenient.

We had booked two days stay here and had good experience, staff was very cooperative and they helped us with booking local sightseeing cabs and autos back to railway station. Food was amazing and the spectacular view of fort illuminated during night from there restaurant is simply wow. Loved there amazing gulkand body wash in bathrooms
