It was a nice experience staying there. Breakfast was good. Good mountain views ... silent place to stay ...and proper care of sanitation was taken by the staff... Staff service was good. Nice place to stay.

I booked 2 Royale cottages, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. I had a problem with hot water since the shower taps were faulty. Moreover things like hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge weren’t there and they providing it only when asked. To say about the food, they were a bit over priced than the nearby restaurants. The overall experience was good.

Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was too small, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Despite being promised hot water at check-in, we struggled to get it properly. The TV in our room was not working, which added to the inconvenience. Additionally, the restaurant's pricing was quite high, making dining there an expensive option. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff was very professional, responding promptly whenever we needed assistance. Their service was the only highlight of our stay. Overall, our experience did not match our expectations, and there are several areas where the hotel needs improvement.

very calm ambience. Spacious & clean rooms. Complementary breakfast is also not that good. You have to order your dinner before 7:30 pm and the food was very costly. The view of the lake is not as much as expected. If you are a person who likes a calm atmosphere, this place is for you.
