價格超值，位置超中心，遇到的室友也很好。不錯的一次住宿體驗。不過要記得帶把鎖，同埋個locker不算大，放唔落行李箱。 最後放賬窗外的夜景，很繁華

Hotel muy bien ubicado pero con un mantenimiento muy bajo. Nos asignaron una habitación king donde había más ruido que dentro de una turbina de avión y al comentarlo en recepción les parecía normal. Finalmente nos cambiaron una habitación de menor categoría sin compensación alguna. A la 1 de la noche alguien entró en la habitación y una vez más, al comentarlo en recepción les volvió a parecer algo normal. Sin investigar nada sobre que habría podido pasar. El personal es maleducado y poco amigable.

I pre-paid 100% on 訂房網站 after booking this hotel. Upon arrival, hotel demanded me to pay additional $180 called "Chicago city resort fee". I talked to other guests in the hotel and none of them was charged for this fee. I'm also originally from Chicago and never heard about such fee before. Everyone works at the front desk was SO MEAN. They all looked like gang members, kind of scary. The service guy who came to my room to fix the light had just smoked ****, and my entire room smelled like **** after he left. After checking into the room, it is SO SMALL, my suitcase barely fit in there. The room looked nothing like the picture. The bed is surrounded by 3 walls, I'm only 5'5 and I can barerly straight my legs laying down. Also, it is the dirtiest room I had ever stayed, and I have stayed in LOTS of hotels because I do travel for a living. Their laundry rooms and work out room are downstairs in the basement and so tiny without any window. I originally paid for 10 nights and checked out only 2 days. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I would have rated zero if there's that option.
