The parking was a nightmare. My daughter was overcharged and they misled her and avoided resolving her issue. They didn’t know why they charged her an absurd amount but they wouldn’t remove the charge. She had to do through her credit card to dispute the charges.

The location of this hotel is absolutely terrific—convenient, central, and within walking distance to everything I needed. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. However, I was very disappointed to find a large (approximately 2-inch) cockroach in the bathroom. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this really impacted my overall impression of the stay. If the hotel improves its pest control and cleanliness standards, it could be a great place to stay given its prime location. Until then, I’d be hesitant to return.
