I stay there regularly for business reasons. Occasionally, the AC can be loud for certain rooms, not all. Otherwise, the location, room environment, and people are great. My experience has been positive overall.

Loved the location and affordability of the hotel. My only complaint was the valet parking. It stated it would be about $44 a day, which is steep but not unreasonable when you don’t like parking in Chicago. Once we arrived, there was no valet service and we were told to park ourselves. We parked in the garage next door, which they recommended, and it was around $60 a day!!! So we lost more money staying here than expected. If we would have known valet was unavailable, we would have found cheaper parking somewhere else but when you arrive to a busy city late on a Friday evening, it’s not convenient to stop and search for parking. Other than that, the hotel wasn’t bad.

El hotel está bien ubicado, el servicio es bueno, pero el aislamiento del ruido es pésimo, nosotros estábamos ubicados en el piso 15 y se sentía el ruido de la calle y también el de la habitación del al lado. Pareciera que usábamos el mismo baño. Hasta los escuchábamos cepillar los dientes y durmiendo el ruido de la ducha lo despertaba a uno. Las almohadas son malísimas. No ofrecen servicio de desayuno. Pero el restaurante para cenar si es excelente. Pero la verdad no creo que lo volviera a escoger.

친구들이랑 처음으로 시카고 여행을 갔다왔는데 좋은 호텔에서 묵을 수 있었어서 좋았습니다! 위치도 괜찮고 ( 특히 주변에 있는 우노 피자 너무 맛있었어요! ) 방 크기도 적당했어요~~
