To enter the building, use the ButterflyMX keypad on the left side of the entrance doors, press 'Door Pin', enter the designated passcode and unit number to unlock the door. For elevator access, enter the provided passcode on the keypad next to the elevator buttons and select the floor. To unlock the room door, wake the Yale keypad and enter the room passcode.

房間很大，出門去華麗一英里，老海軍碼頭，千禧公園都可以步行，非常近。但是有一點晚上太吵了，不知為什麼有機器的轟鳴聲，但酒店配了耳塞，如果可以適應是絕佳的選擇。

Communication with the hotel manager via text was efficient, and responses were quite prompt. Although we had requested a Pack 'n Play in advance, it wasn’t set up upon check-in; however, they provided it immediately after we texted them. The property itself was clean and looked just as pictured. The location in the Chicago Loop made it easy to walk around. However, the major issue with this hotel is the severe noise from the train and trash trucks. While the train sound was somewhat tolerable, the trash collection noise from 9 PM through 6 AM was excruciatingly loud and practically non-stop. It was so severe that our 4-month-old baby woke up terrified and crying in the middle of the night, and we literally had to put noise-canceling headphones on her just to sleep. Unless you are an extremely heavy sleeper or traveling without infants, be aware of the serious night noise.
