Clean rooms, comfy beds. It is a new hotel, I'm assuming, so it was well maintained. However, the power went off late at night, around 1 a.m., and we had to call someone to get that sorted. Also, while booking the hotel, Trip showed me the location to be near the Chiang Rai night bazaar, and that was the only reason I chose it. Upon reaching Chiang Rai, I followed the location on google Maps, and it was totally different from the one in the app. I was extremely confused and called the hotel around a dozen times. When they finally answered, I was told that their location was near Mae fah luang hospital.
