Our recent stay at this hotel was strictly functional. If you're looking for a place to crash for just one night near the bus station, this might work. However, don't expect any comfort or extra amenities. The room's biggest selling point is its location - literally a stone's throw from the bus station. This means you can literally roll out of bed and catch your early morning coach without any hassle. But be prepared for some challenges. No elevator means struggling with luggage if you're not on the ground floor. The bathroom was poorly lit, with a weak light that made it difficult to see wet floors - a potential slip hazard. We also noticed missing toilet paper upon arrival, which required an immediate 訂房網站 to the front desk. The room itself felt neglected. Torn towels, a worn-out blanket, and extremely uncomfortable pillows suggested minimal upkeep. A persistent food odor lingered throughout our stay, and the Wi-Fi was frustratingly limited, allowing only three device connections. Bottom line: This hotel is a no-frills, bare-minimum option suitable only for a single night's stay when you're traveling through and need something close to the bus station. For anything more than a quick stopover, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Мебель более менее, расстроило белье – грязное и все в дырках. В целом отель довольно современный, если бы за ним тщательнее следили, было бы прекрасно. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения и просто хотели оставить вещи, но но нам разрешили заселиться в 12, что было очень приятно. В целом можно рекомендовать.

I understand it is low season and hotels may want to increase bookings, but my experience with The Y Smart Hotel was quite disappointing. I tried to change my check-in date within the allowed time frame (20 minutes after booking), but I was forced to rebook with no other options. While I fully understand the cancellation and booking policies, there should have been more flexibility. I was willing to pay any additional fees, but they refused to make any adjustments or changes. The staff and owner seemed focused solely on increasing bookings without understanding the feelings of travelers. Even though the room was available and they would have earned more money, the hotel was unwilling to accommodate. This felt very greedy. The staff and owner were not attentive or helpful at all, which made the overall service experience very poor. For anyone planning to stay here, I strongly recommend considering other hotels in the same area. There are many better options that offer superior service and genuinely care about their customers. This hotel’s approach feels driven by greed—let this be a lesson to everyone.

โรงแรมสะอาด พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีน้ำใจ แต่ก็อยากให้เพิ่มไดเป่าผมในห้องด้วยนะค่ะจะดีมากเลย👍👍👍

バスターミナルを使う時にいつも利用してます。バスターミナルがすぐそばです。 エレベーターは無いてすがとても綺麗で設備も良いです。ここに泊まれば問題は無いです。 近くに同系列のホテルがありますが、そちらは少し値段が高くてもっと設備が良いです。ここのホテル十分だと思います。街中までソンテウで30.40.50Bで行けます。運転手によって違います。コンビニは近くにあります。
