they didn't have conditioner but except for it, it was grate. staff could speak a little bit of Japanese which makes me happy. I will bring swimsuit next time. You can enjoy the pool even if it’s raining. The only one thing I got disappointed was that I couldn't use gym.

Nice experience, Thai feeling at best in this northern style hotel . Locally best food stalls. Best prices they also offer best prices for long stay. Only minus is the rooms aren't so quiet and the beautiful woods windows don't close well.
