Extremely negative experience with this hotel. Unjustifiably kept my money! 1. Hostile staff: No greetings upon arrival. They met me with stone-cold faces, making me feel as if I had walked into the wrong building. 2. Zero service: Nobody helped with the luggage. They only showed me where the room was after I explicitly asked. 3. Room mismatch & No refund: I booked a room with a window on the 2nd floor, but they gave me a windowless room on the 1st floor right next to the reception. When I demanded the room advertised on the website, they offered a 2nd-floor room but with two separate beds. I refused to check in and requested a cancellation, but they refused to refund my money. 4. Lying to support: When I requested a room change, the hotel lied to the booking platform, claiming they offered me a "Big size" bed. In reality, they offered two separate single beds. 5. Passport negligence: They failed to return my passport. This negligence forced me to spend extra money on a round-訂房網站 taxi just to retrieve my document later. 6. Unprofessional and arrogant behavior: They refused a refund despite failing to provide the booked room. What truly sets this place apart is how genuinely pet-friendly they are—you can feel that the team here cares about all animals from the heart. The rooms are spotless, non-smoking, and very comfortable. The staff provides excellent service with warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Chiang Mai, especially if you have furry friends!"
